After a somewhat crappy morning, my day improved greatly.
It started off with all of the Governor's School students crowding the cafeteria and not knowing how the heck to get out of people's way. Ended up dropping a drink and spilling it anywhere, but instead of doing anything about it I just took my tray up and left. I had had enough of that.
Didn't really improve drastically after I got back to the room. I sat down and focused on getting all of my homework done per normal. Only, when I went to put all of the group's paragraphs together for the paper I realized the almost fatal error I had made: I had deleted an email with one of the girl's paragraphs in it. I was probably spastic at this point. I emaild the girl and asked her to resend her work, by lunch time I still hadn't heard from her. I tried calling the other girl in our group to see if she knew another way of contacting her. No such luck, my phone wouldn't dial her number without an area code. (jaldjflajdlkjfalksjdfljslf!) So no such luck there either.
Class time came around and both the girl and I got there early. Thankfully, she has her email set up to where it saves every e-mail she sends out, so she had the paragraph in her email. *YAY!* Printed that off in the comp lab next to the classroom, and all was well. (w00t!)
From there on out the day was easy as pie. We got out of class twenty minutes early, and I just headed straight back to the room to crash. Got up and ready to go to dinner, and when I step outside of my room Rose is sitting in the hall. I was completely surprised because I didn't hear anyone knock on my door. (But being under headphones will do that to you, I suppose.) So we went to dinner and spent the rest of the evening hanging out. We actually spent the better part of three hours just talking, which is always a good time with Rose. (Yay for opinionated people!) Ended up then driving over to the video store to return Amelie. Very wonderful movie. You MUST see it! Or ELSE! mwhahahahahhaa! :)
From there she got me to Target, but by that time I was so twisted around we could have been in fucking Eygpt. Originally we went to find Rose some hair clips to wear to work...We ended up buying makeup. :) I've never been much of a makeup person, but I have recently developed an affinity for eyeshadow. Especially pink gel eyeshadow. XD I've bought alot of pink eyeshadow recently, but none of it has ever been 'punk' enough looking to suit me. Well, me thinks I finally found what I was looking for tonight. Which makes me incredibly happy! You might recall that I had Joni do my eyeshadow in a goth kind of look. Well, I finally got to put that into practice tonight. And let me tell you, I look kickass. :))))) So I took a few pictures of me with my goth/punk/funky eyeshadow. Don't think any of them will turn out cute, but we'll see. :P
