Nov. 8th, 2004 06:22 pmI've basically decided where I'm going to be studying abroad. I've made an appointment with one of the women in that department to discuss some details. But until then, I'm going to keep it pretty hush-hush. I'll let you know what happens, though. With them and with my parents. ><; That'll be interesting.
I'm also thinking about tacking on an extra job. There's a coffee shop a few miles away from campus that I like, and they are in need of part time help. My schedule next semester is pretty light, so I'll be able to handle two jobs, yes, I said two. I've decided to keep the job at the library. It's been going smoother lately, I've seemed to made some alliances there among the staff and the workers. That, and I'm getting a raise next semester that I don't want to miss.
I figure I'll also need another job to just have money in the bank when I need it. Right now I have 11 cents in my checking account and a dollar fifty in change. I had to ask liz for five bucks so that I can get my project bound for class tomorrow. I do get paid on Wednesday, so that much is good. Though fifty of that is already spent on going to the semi-formal this weekend, and on three art projects for finals. Oy vay.
I'll be happy if I get to bed before one tonight. My brain will be mush by the end of the day tomorrow. Normal, for a Tuesday. At least my 8 o'clock on Thursday is cancelled. (HOORAH!) I can sleep in for two hours! *jumps for joy!* So basically, if I can just make it thru tomorrow, I'll be doing good. *thumbs up*
Okay, I'm gone. I have two papers to write, and a project to finish. Ewwww.
