Hip Hip Hooray!

thatsjustjennaFall is finally here!
You know that feeling you get when you can open the window to your room and feel the first wind of fall? Yeah, that's how today has been. Simply beautiful. Especially compared to the past week where everything has been soggy around the edges. Now I'm just soaking in the glory of the perfect fall day. Only the second one in my entire life.
The first, most perfect day ever, was the day of my eigth birthday. It was a school day, but on this particular school day everything was perfect. Our school bus still stopped right in front of our house, and I hopped off grinning. The leaves had been turning colors for about a week, there was plenty of orange and reds, with a few greens mixed in to attract your eye. Our front gate was swung open, and my family had been waiting for me. They gathered around on the front porch. I remember Adam holding my present from Nana in his hands. It was a package of Quints, they were wrapped up in tin foil, (Nana has an odd habit of wrapping things in wierd material).
That was, and forever will be, the most perfect fall day. I don't think another day could even come close.
